Understanding Cholesterol and Triglycerides

Recently many of the news services reported that studies were being conducted to assess the value of good nutrition in the treatment of HIV. Obviously, eating right and giving your body what it needs means your body will be better able to fight your HIV. One aspect of good nutrition is monitoring your cholesterol and triglycerides.
