Kelly Osbourne Says One of Her Family Members Has HIV

Star of the reality TV show The Osbournes and daughter of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne says that a member of her family is living with HIV. Speaking at a HIV charity event in London, Osbourne made the announcement, fighting back tears.
