Epivir 300mg Tablets

Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor (NRTI)
Forms:
Tablets:
  • 100mg (butterscotch; round)
  • 150mg (white; diamond)300mg (gray; modified gray)
  • 10mg/cc liquid formulation
Usual Dosage:
300mg per day either as one 300mg dose per day or 150mg twice per day.

Doses may be lowered in those patients with renal disease.

Side effects to report to your doctor:
  • Headache
  • Nausea / vomiting
  • Confusion (rare)
