- Get plenty of rest and exercise.
- Follow a healthy, balance diet. Consult with your doctor or a nutritionist to help develop a high energy diet that will ease the symptoms of fatigue.
- If you are feeling depressed or believe you are depressed, notify your physician so a referral to a mental health professional can be made.
- If anyone tells you that you look pale, or if you are feeling fatigued you may have a low blood count or anemia. Consult your doctor regarding the possibility of having anemia. Anemia can be caused by diet as well as some HIV medications
