What is Marinol?
I've heard it called the marijuana pill. Actually it's Marinol, a drug used to treat nausea, vomiting and poor appetite. While it has a synthetic form of the active ingredient in marijuana I think dubbing it the marijuana pill is not entirely accurate. What is Marinol and how is it used in the HIV positive patient.
