"Can I get HIV infected if my boyfriend doesn't ejaculate inside of me?"

Answer:
Most people are surprised to hear that the answer to this question is yes, it is possible to get HIV infected without ejaculation. But how?

"Pre-cum"...or that small amount of seminal fluid that precedes ejaculation does contain HIV virus that is infectious. While the chances of infection are less than with male ejaculation during intercourse, the risk is still there. It's for that reason that condom use is a must for each and every anal, vaginal, or oral sexual encounter.
