- Have you had sex without knowing for sure that the person you had sex with did not have HIV?
- Have you had sex with someone you know has HIV or AIDS?
- Have you had a disease passed on by sex, like genital herpes or syphilis? Having these diseases makes it easier to get HIV.
- Have you had sex with a man or woman who has had multiple sex partners?
- Have you had sex with someone who has used injectable drugs?
- Have you ever shared needles or "works" to take drugs?
- Have you ever had sex with a man who has had sex with another man?
- Have you ever paid a man or woman to have sex with you?
- Have you ever had unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex?
- Have you had a blood transfusion or received blood products prior to 1992?
