Eligibility Requirement:


  • Must have less than $3368/mos in earned or unearned income for 1 person.
  • Must apply for Medicaid including a statement of medical status.

Benefit Amounts:


The program covers the full scope of dental services but does not cover orthodontics, braces, implants, or cosmetic denistry.

Payment Intervals:


Payment made at the time of service.

Duration of Coverage:


Eligibility is reviewed yearly. Coverage is ongoing while funds remain available.

How to Apply:


Contact your local case manager or local Family Independence Agency office.

Note: eligibility requirements and the extent of coverage will vary from year to year depending on the availability of dental funds.
