Classification:
Cialis (tadalafil) belongs to a group of medicines that delay the enzymes called phosphodiesterase from working too quickly. By delaying the action of phosphodiesterase, blood remains in the penis longer, maintaining an erection for a longer period of time.Form:

Usual Dosage:
For most men the starting dose is 10mg to be taken prior to sexual activity. Lower doses should be used if:- you have kidney problems
- if you have prostate problems or high blood pressure.
Instructions:
- Take your dose 60 minutes prior to sexual activity.
- Do not take any more than one dose in 36 hours
- do not change your dose without first consulting with your doctor

- nasal congestion and discharge
- visual changes especially a blue tint to your vision
- a prolonged erection (priapism)
Important Warning! - If you experience an erection that lasts more than 4 hours (priapism) seek medical attention immediately.
Drug Interactions and Incompatibility:
- Protease Inhibitors increase the amount of Cialis in your blood, prolonging it's action. Men on protease inhibitors should use the lowest possible dose.
- Important Warning! - Nitrates, such as nitroglycerin (e.g., Nitrostat or Transderm-Nitro lower blood pressure. Using Cialis with nitrates can dangerously lower blood pressure. Use of Cialis with nitrates should be avoided.
