make it a habit

I take my med before i go to bed and before i take a shower. I want to live so i put it in my daily schedule without thinking about it. I thought it would be hard but it has become a part of my life.

Adherence Tip

I carry extra meds in a waterproof screw-cap container (from a drug store) that I carry on my key chain in case I'm delayed getting home or at a meeting.

Cereal Cabinet

I keep my medications in the same cabinet as my breakfast cereal. This way, each morning as I reach for the cereal box, I see my meds. It works because I never forget to eat breakfast!
