Make a New Year's Resolution to Be Healthier

The new year is here already. People are making their annual New Year's resolutions. Some will stop eating chocolate; others will lay off the fast food; still others will work to lose twenty pounds. Some will succeed but alas, most will not hold out for the entire year. Why not make your resolution something that will benefit you all year round and for that matter for years to come. Make a promise to yourself to work on getting and staying healthy. With that in mind, here is your guide to making your healthy resolutions for 2007.
